Here, in the heart of the municipality's hinterland, you ride towards the Algarve International Motor Racing Circuit and then embark on a slightly undulating stretch that ends at a narrower road where you need to pay quite close attention to the road surface.
On the way back, ride to the Arão Stream, going around the Bay of Alvor.
