The Algarve prides itself on being an ideal destination for holidaymakers who appreciate quality, regardless of their age or any limitations in their mobility. The various local authorities have been working hard to create conditions that make it easy for everyone who wants to enjoy the Algarve’s magnificent beaches to be able to do so.

Most of the accessible beaches also have an amphibious wheelchair.
