Memorable business with history as a backdrop

In the Algarve, there are idyllic settings which recall the past but point to the future.

The Cloisters of the Faro Municipal Museum, formerly an old convent dating back to the 16th Century, has the capacity to host 120 people, guaranteeing an atmosphere that is both refined and agreeable.

Just next door, the grounds of the Galeria do Arco hosts cocktail and welcome drink parties for around 50 people.  A renovated military building, which is presently the Toy Museum, it is located in the walls of the city with a view of the Formosa Estuary.

The Cloisters of the Convento de São José (St Joseph’s Convent), famous for an ancient octagonal cistern, is another venue par excellence.  This area accommodates 130 people.

The Sagres Fort draws attention both to its imposing appearance and its facilities as a venue for organising business parties.  The only difficulty is choosing between the multimedia hall with a capacity for 100 people and the restaurant, which accommodates 40 people.

These are only a few examples of the many historical sites in the Algarve region that offer facilities for events.
