Paintball is a unique game of action, strategy and coloured ammunition! Working as a team, the aim is to capture positions marked out in the field by flags and, of course, to eliminate your opponents.

Because it is a game that combines strategy, teamwork, and mental and physical agility, paintball is often used by businesses to motivate and reward their staff.

The thrill of the game, as well as the demands it places on its players, all depend on having the right conditions and location. All over the Algarve, there are lots of places to choose from, catering for different levels of ability and a range of customer needs.

Being an action-packed game, paintball can sometimes be mistakenly regarded as a dangerous and violent activity when, in reality, it encourages a spirit of cooperation and is extremely safe as long as all the appropriate precautions are taken. 

Each centre must have support teams in place, rangers or umpires, and must supply equipment such as protective masks and safety vests, leaving the players to concentrate on their winning strategy in total safety.

Whether dealing with company groups, families or groups of friends, paintball centres follow tried and tested rules to make the sport both exciting and safe. The excellent climate and impressive countryside all contribute greatly to the sense of challenge and the thrill of success.
