“The Terraces, Pine Cliffs”, a luxury development of 20 villas in Albufeira, was amongst the winners at the International Property Awards for the best residential project. This is one of the most important awards in the world property industry.

“The Terraces, Pine Cliffs”, covering an area of 11 thousand square metres, including gardens, a swimming-pool and natural green spaces, is an investment costing more than 20 million euros and was awarded the prize for its design, the architecture of its interior and exterior spaces, its security and safety and its energy efficiency.
